Find Your Perfect Fit: The Hafeez Size Guide

We understand that every ring tells a unique story, and getting the size just right is essential to its comfort and elegance. Whether you're shopping for yourself or selecting a meaningful gift for a loved one, our easy-to-follow steps will lead you to the ideal fit, allowing you to adorn your fingers with confidence and grace.

Ring sizing is measured differently around the world. In the UK, ring sizes are measured on an alphabetic scale ranging from A to Z+ with half sizes in between - the most common sizes for women are between L and O, for men between R and V. Use our conversion chart to convert international ring sizes.

To find the right size for your next Hafeez ring, you can:

  • Use our measuring guide to measure an existing ring or your finger.

  • Use our printable sizing tool.

  • Use our international ring size conversion chart.

Select your preferred method below and follow the steps to find your size.

Measure An Existing Ring

The easiest way of working out your own ring size is to measure the diameter of a ring you already own:

  1. Measure the ring diameter in mm using a ruler or measuring tape

  2. Check the equivalent letter sizing with the UK size chart.

  3. Alternatively, you can download and print our sizing tool to compare the inner diameter of your ring to the circles in the guide.

Measure Your Finger

If you don’t have an existing ring you can measure, follow these guidelines:

  1. Cut and wrap a ribbon or a strip of paper of 1 cm height and 10 cm width around your finger, just above the knuckle. Alternatively, you can download, print and cut out our finger sizer included in our printable sizing tool.

  2. Make sure the paper feels comfortable and it's not too tight. You can also measure the base of the finger to make sure that the ring will fit.

  3. Carefully mark with a pen where the ends meet, then unfurl the paper - or if you’ve used our ring sizer, read the value on the sizer that the arrow points to, where the paper is pulled tight.

  4. Measure from mark to mark on the paper to find your circumference (mm) or take the value you already have and check your size on the size chart.

Additional Tips

  • Measure your finger at the end of the day.

  • Do not measure your finger when it is hot or cold.

  • Salty meals and alcoholic beverages can make your fingers swell so measure your finger size when your fingers are back to normal.

  • Remember that the two hands and all fingers differ in size, so make sure you measure a ring that definitely fits the same finger on the hand you want to wear it on.

  • Make sure that the chosen size leaves enough room for the ring to pass easily along the entire length of the finger, and that it's snug enough so that the ring will not fall off.

  • Consider the width of the band, a thicker band will feel tighter than a thin one so you may want to buy a full size larger than your normal ring size.

  • Ring measurements should be used as a guide only, and are not always 100% accurate, so further adjustments may need to be made for the perfect fit.

  • Unless you know the exact ring size, be wary of picking a THALATHA ring, as it cannot be resized - we advise to go half a size or even a size up for this design.

  • If unsure or buying a gift, go for the larger size as it's easier to size down than up.

  • If in doubt, most women fit a size M, and most men fit a T.
